As someone who ADHD I like to use the tool of ‘guiding questions’ to help me self monitor my behavior. They’re questions I ask myself when I feel myself getting off track to force me to pause and think why I’m doing what I am what should I be doing. Now that I’m using social media less I want to be more effective abt how and when I use it but struggle in creativity effective guiding questions, this list is a great start to narrowing down my big three guiding question for when I feel myself loosing time to social media. Thank you.
